01How long does it take?
Europe and Asia — 3–6 days from warehouse to release at destination airport, USA — 5–8 days. Urgent shipments — 2–3 days subject to space.
02How is the cost calculated?
By the greater of actual and volumetric weight (L×W×H/6000). The exact price comes from the manager within an hour during business hours.
03What documents for import?
Invoice with HS codes, packing list, AWB, contract or invoice basis; certificate of origin and permits where required.
04Do you work under contract with companies?
Yes, contract and bank transfer, closing documents. For projects — a separate schedule annex.
