01How long does it take?
Europe and Asia — 3–6 days from warehouse to release at destination airport, USA — 5–8 days. Urgent shipments — 2–3 days subject to space.
02How is the cost calculated?
By the greater of actual and volumetric weight (L×W×H/6000). The exact price comes from the manager within an hour during business hours.
03Minimum weight?
There is no minimum weight. We arrange air freight of any volume and weight — from 1 kg to large commercial lots, choosing the best option for route, timing and cost.
04What do you need to know about the shipper’s warehouse?
The address, opening hours and truck access: some warehouses cannot take a full trailer and need a smaller vehicle, others load only on set days and hours, so the vehicle is booked in advance. We clarify this with the shipper at the quoting stage so the price and transit time hold.
05Do I need to go to the airport?
No. We release cargo at the bonded warehouse or deliver to your door — your choice.
