01What documents for import?
Invoice with HS codes, packing list, AWB, contract or invoice basis; certificate of origin and permits where required.
02Are you a customs broker?
We support: prepare and check documents, handle export via our agent and work with the broker in Kazakhstan. Import declaration is filed by a licensed partner broker.
03Common mistakes?
Weight mismatch between invoice and actual, wrong HS code, invoice without consignee details. We catch these before departure.
04How long is release?
With a complete package — usually on arrival day or the next. Delays are almost always document-related, so we check in advance.
