02Where are the warehouses?
At partners in Germany, Italy, China (Shanghai, Guangzhou), UAE and USA — we pick the one nearest your suppliers.
03How do I know cargo reached the warehouse?
We send a notification and photo report for each delivery with quantity and condition.
04Can you repack into smaller volume?
Yes — we remove excess supplier packaging and tighten pallets: this often lowers volumetric weight and price.
